For lunch this weekend I enjoyed lobstah rolls. Ahh Maine Lobstah rolls. There isn't anything like the taste. The only thing that would have made them better would have been able to eat them on the type of hotdog roll that you can only find in a Maine grocery store.
The lobstah came from my parents who sent them canned by the Look's Canning Company (renamed to Look's Gourmet Foods)near where I grew up.
As good as it was, unfortunately I am now totally out of lobstah meat (two cans in one weekend!) and will have to wait until my parents send more.

I have never eaten Maine lobster. I think your post just enticed me to try it. Lobster is usually out of my college student budget but I may make the sacrifice soon:)
David,
I love your blog! It seems to fit you quite nicely! Maine Lobster sounds really good! I expect you to bring some with you to UF this summer! =)

Hi David:
I love this sunset. The unique spelling helped me get the flavor and essence. Now if I could just set on the porch and watch that sunset and have some lobstah.
Hi David.
It's so good to eat something that reminds you of home when you are away. I can imagine how great it must have been :) When I was living abroad I used to browse the imported food aisle at the supermarket hoping to find something that reminded me of home. From time to time they would stock a few small boxes of chocolate chip cookies. Whenever they had them, I would buy a couple. They never lasted for very long in my cupboard. I hope you get to eat more lobstah soon!
